We are looking for a Junior Legal Consultant Legal Assistance (LA) to join the Group Legal Counsel department. Are you motivated and wish to grow in a stimulating environment where your legal skills will make a difference? Then this opportunity is for you!
Your mission:
As a Junior Legal Consultant LA, you will be responsible for preventing and managing operational, legal, and judicial risks related to banking transactions and operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising, assisting, and handling legal inquiries from the banking network (branches, business centers, etc.), business entities, support entities, and subsidiaries.
• Managing incidents related to accounts and the Right of Communication.
• Managing, monitoring, and resolving litigation and pre-litigation cases.
• Managing the Bank's relationship and representation with third parties.
• Handling extrajudicial claims.
Required profile :
• A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Law (Business Law, Private Law, etc.). You are a recent graduate or have previous experience, ideally in the banking sector.
• You have excellent command of both Arabic and French, written and spoken.
• You have the ability to manage litigation and negotiate suitable solutions.
• You possess excellent listening, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• You are independent, rigorous, and a team player.
