We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the agri-food sector, a Developer Leader / Sector Manager to support its growth.
Your tasks:
- Develop and retain an existing customer portfolio
- Manage and motivate a team of 10 pre-sellers
- Implement and monitor commercial performance indicators
- Deploy direct and indirect commercial strategies
- Identify new opportunities and optimize portfolio profitability
- Ensure reporting and regular analysis of commercial performance
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, management, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a similar position
- Mandatory experience in the agri-food or large distribution sector
- Proven expertise in customer portfolio management
- Mastery of direct and indirect sales
- Field and academic experience in commercial performance analysis
- Solid team management experience
- A real field person, close to the teams and results-oriented
- Leadership, team spirit, and sense of responsibility
