Main missions:
Reporting to the Delegated Execution Department, your main missions will be:

Project Planning and Coordination:
• Plan, organize, and manage development projects;
• Define objectives, milestones, and deliverables for each project;
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders;
• Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural and technical studies;
• Contribute to the development of business plans and the annual budget.

Execution, Monitoring, and Owner's Project Management (MOA):
• Ensure the planning, coordination, execution, and acceptance of development and construction work, ensuring budget optimization and deadline compliance;
• Lead the administrative procedures related to obtaining development and construction permits, and relations with concessionaires and local authorities;
• Ensure the execution of Delegated Owner's Project Management (MOD) services in compliance with contractual and client requirements;
• Participate in launching calls for tenders and coordinate the processing of offers until the companies are awarded.

Reporting, Management, and Compliance:
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and problems, and alert the project team;
• Ensure project reporting during the design and construction phases;
• Lead and supervise project teams, and foster their motivation;
• Comply with the requirements of MEDZ's management system, including legal and regulatory requirements for the Environment (SME);
• Comply with the requirements of MEDZ's management system under your responsibility;
• Implement the information system in accordance with defined rules and provisions.
 

Profile sought:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, with a specialization in civil engineering being a plus;
• Additional training in project management is desirable;
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in managing and leading development and construction projects;
• Significant experience in managing complex and multiple projects, ideally in the industrial zone or corporate real estate sector.
