Job :

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone




Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism




Deliver high-quality service aligned with customer satisfaction goals




Identify opportunities to improve customer experience processes




Maintain accurate case documentation and updates




Handle all customer interactions confidentially




Complete required training programs successfully






Required profile :

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)





  • Understanding of customer service practices and standards

  • Experience with call center systems and tools

  • Retail or customer-facing experience preferred

  • Data entry skills (minimum 40 WPM)

  • Experience with multi-channel support (voice, email, social media, chat)

  • Computer proficiency (email, web navigation)

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • High stress tolerance and resilience
