Required profile :
Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Understanding of customer service practices and standards
- Experience with call center systems and tools
- Retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Data entry skills (minimum 40 WPM)
- Experience with multi-channel support (voice, email, social media, chat)
- Computer proficiency (email, web navigation)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
