As part of our business development, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Customer Managers. If you meet these criteria and wish to evolve in a stimulating environment, then this opportunity is for you.
As a Customer Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming and directing individual and professional clients.
• Managing the cash desk and carrying out current banking operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.).
• Ensuring, with the Senior Customer Manager or the Branch Manager, the management of treasury (cash collection, ATM funding).
• Processing securities and centralizing accounting entries.
• Developing a client portfolio and marketing simplified banking products.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.
Required profile :
• Bac+2/Bac+3 education: BTS, DTS, DUT, DEUG, or Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Economics and Management, Accounting and Finance, or Marketing and Sales.
• You are dynamic, autonomous, and have a team spirit.
