Tasks:
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels; - Respond to the company's skill needs; - Plan, organize, and coordinate recruitment operations; - Implement the market outreach strategy (direct approach, press, job boards, schools, etc.); - Review applications and conduct phone interviews with candidates; - Ensure reliable activity tracking, creation and updating of candidate files, databases, and talent pools, and check the validity of data to be entered into the HR information system; - Participate in personnel administration activities (e.g., tracking absences or leave, completing HR files for new hires, preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, work certificates, salary certificates, etc.).
- Ensure rigorous follow-up after new hires join, in line with the internal onboarding program.
- Complete and update tracking tools (dashboards, etc.)
Required profile :
- Diploma in Human Resources Management (Bachelor's or Master's degree); - Perfect fluency in French is required, and fluency in English would be a plus; - Rigor, method, analytical and synthesis skills, sense of organization and planning; - Excellent oral (active listening, questioning, persuasion, etc.) and written communication skills, diplomacy; - Autonomy and stress resistance.
Know-how:
- Practical experience in conducting selection interviews and ability to identify technical skills and professional behaviors; - Mastery of the economic and social principles of company operations, fundamentals of human resources management, the legal environment, and associated tools and methods; - Good knowledge of computer tools;
