As part of our business development, we are recruiting a trilingual sales team manager responsible for guiding, supporting, and developing the performance of a sales team operating in international markets.
Your main responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of trilingual sales representatives.
- Monitor and analyze individual and team performance to achieve sales objectives.
- Implement continuous improvement actions to optimize team performance.
- Provide coaching and support to team members (listening, feedback, action plans).
- Ensure the quality of customer interactions and compliance with internal processes.
- Participate in the recruitment, integration, and training of new employees.
- Produce regular reports for management.
Required profile :
- 1 to 5 years of experience in team management, ideally in a customer relations center / call center.
- Excellent command of French, English, and German, both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to unite a team.
- Excellent communication and performance management skills.
- Results-oriented with analytical skills.
