Expert in AIX systems administration on IBM Power Systems.
Main Mission:
Ensure the administration and optimization of AIX systems.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Install, configure, and maintain AIX
- Manage logical partitions (LPAR) and PowerVM
- Monitor performance and ensure availability
- Administer backups and restores (NIM, SAN, TSM)
- Automate tasks with Ansible, Python, and PowerShell
- Integrate AIX into Cloud and DevOps environments
- Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support
Required profile :
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AIX and IBM Power Systems
- Proficiency in automation technologies (Ansible, Python, PowerShell)
- Proficiency in Cloud and DevOps environments
Required Certifications:
- IBM Certified Advanced Technical Expert – Power Systems with AIX
- Red Hat Ansible Automation Certification
- ITIL
Education Level and Experience:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Required experience: minimum 7 years in AIX administration
Work Arrangement:
- 24/7 Shift
- Work on Moroccan public holidays and take compensatory time off according to the client's schedule
Very good level of French and English
