As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for a Maintenance Engineer whose main mission will be to ensure the availability and reliability of production equipment and support materials. You will ensure the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance actions to ensure the continuity of production within the deadlines, quality requirements, and costs.

Main missions:

Reporting to the technical department, your main responsibilities will be:

• Design and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.


• Plan and monitor scheduled preventive maintenance operations.


• Diagnose breakdowns and analyze the causes of equipment downtime.


• Supervise and coordinate maintenance technical teams.


• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators (KPIs).


• Ensure tracking of maintenance costs and budgets.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.


• Effectively manage stocks of spare parts, equipment, and supplies.


• Control the quality of maintenance work performed.


• Ensure coordination with Engineering and Production departments.


• Manage emergency situations, unexpected breakdowns, and repairs.

To succeed in this role, you hold a Bac+5 degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. A specialization in industrial maintenance or equipment management is an asset to successfully carry out the assigned missions.

You ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in the automotive sector. This experience has allowed you to develop a good knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment management, and the constraints related to production continuity.

The position requires a strong capacity for analysis, organization, and technical problem-solving. You are recognized for your rigor, reactivity, and sense of responsibility. Your ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments (production, engineering, quality) will be essential to ensure the efficiency of maintenance operations.

Proficiency in computer tools and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is highly appreciated.
