Job :
Your responsibilities will be:
- To ensure and manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet vehicles (trucks, tankers, etc.);
- To organize the dispatching, follow-up, and control of different interventions (mechanics, electrical, welding, maintenance...);
- To monitor the availability of the transport fleet in real-time;
- To manage the purchase of spare parts, tires, and supplies (supplier orders, invoice tracking, and payment);
- To define needs for spare parts and tires;
- To issue purchase requisitions and purchase orders;
- To supervise and manage workshop personnel (attendance, evaluations, recruitment, leave, etc.);
- To monitor and analyze vehicle maintenance performance indicators.
Required profile :
- Holder of a technical Baccalaureate (high school diploma), preferably, with a Bac+3 to Bac+5 (Bachelor's to Master's degree) in Mechanics.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role or in maintenance management in an oil facility.
