As part of strengthening our HR team, we are recruiting a Personnel Administration Officer.
Main tasks:
Ensure the administrative management of staff (employee files, certificates, etc.)
Monitor employee arrivals and departures
Manage absences, leave, and variable payroll elements
Prepare and check payroll-related data
Required profile :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent
• First successful experience in a similar role
• Good command of computer tools (Excel, HRIS, etc.)
