Job :
We are recruiting for the establishment of our internal center in Morocco, a Quality Analyst with proven experience in quality within an IT support service.
Quality monitoring:
Support and control of interventions with technicians, from start to finish.
Technical analysis of different interventions.
Customer SAT post-intervention:
Carrying out and monitoring customer satisfaction after intervention.
Required profile :
· Bac+2 in IT or equivalent training.
. Proven experience in quality within an IT support service (minimum 3 years).
· Geographical knowledge.
· Ability to evolve in a technical environment.
· Be autonomous, rigorous, and organized.
· Demonstrate adaptability and analytical insight.
