Job Purpose:
The Marketing Assistant helps implement marketing and sales actions by managing order follow-up, online customer relationship management, and providing operational support for digital activities.
Main Missions:
1. Online Order and Sales Management:
• Confirm customer orders (calls, messages, emails)
• Track order processing until delivery
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Handle issues (returns, refusals, delivery errors)
2. Customer Support & Digital Relationship:
• Respond to messages and comments on social media
• Provide customer service through various digital channels (Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
• Handle complaints and propose suitable solutions
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
3. Operational Marketing Support:
• Participate in listing products and promotional offers online
• Assist with content management (posting, moderation)
• Contribute to digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor customer feedback to improve user experience
4. Organization & Follow-up:
• Update customer and order databases
• Report on activities (orders, after-sales service, customer interactions)
• Participate in improving internal processes
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent
Experience in order confirmation and online sales
Experience in customer support management on social media
Good command of digital tools and social media
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Customer service focus and satisfaction orientation
Patience and good listening skills
