Job :
The project manager is responsible for overseeing work on new construction projects and the upgrade and redevelopment of existing buildings.
1. Campus Development
- Participate with the director in the supervision and coordination of technical studies and construction consultations,
- Ensure follow-up with various stakeholders (Architect, OPC/BET, IGT, Laboratory, Companies...) as well as UIR entities concerned by construction projects,
- Ensure monitoring, control, and reporting of the progress of studies and works,
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, allocated costs, and the specifications of the tender documents,
- Participate in the administrative management of works with the Director,
2. Renovation and Development Works
- Develop and manage renovation and campus redevelopment work programs, overseeing their execution under the best conditions: cost, deadline, quality,
- Propose technical solutions with an evaluation of the cost and implementation time,
- Draft specifications and prepare consultation files,
- Conduct studies and finalize projects: listen to needs, draft specifications up to the preparation of consultations,
- Ensure compliance with various regulations (Fire safety, ERP type U, accessibility...),
3. Cross-functional Missions
- Manage projects assigned by the director.
Required profile :
Education and Experience
- Master's degree (Bac + 5) from an engineering school with a specialization in civil engineering and 5 years of experience in client-side project management, in an OPC (Ouvrage, Program, Coordination) office, or in a multidisciplinary technical engineering firm.
Technical Skills:
- Management of construction projects with a multidisciplinary team,
- Proficiency in managing all types of renovation and development works,
- Drafting of specifications,
- Proficiency in computer tools: Autocad, Revit, BIM, MS Project, and office software,
