Job :


Associated with the Water Resources Directorate, your missions will be:





  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and the department head's electronic correspondence,

  • Manage the department head's schedule, receive visitors, and handle phone calls (screening, appointment scheduling, etc.),

  • Organize travel for the department head and their team members (transport, administrative formalities, accommodation, meals, visas, etc.),

  • Prepare tender submission files,

  • Collect and update data for tender responses (reference certificates, CVs, diplomas, project sheets, etc.),

  • Prepare the necessary documents for meetings (prepare files, manage invitations, book rooms, etc.)


Required profile :

  • Graduate with a Bac+3 (Bachelor's degree) in secretarial, management, or business administration.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in office software.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Good writing skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism.

  • Organization, availability, interface management.

  • Team spirit.
