Job :
You will be in charge of a portfolio of business clients under good risk and profitability conditions.
Your main missions:
Develops and enhances, in agreement with the Business Relationship Manager (BCE) and the Business Center Director (DCAF), their portfolio to ensure objectives are met.
Ensures daily quality monitoring of operations within their portfolio.
Handles client requests and complaints.
In this role:
Commercial aspects
Is responsible for achieving commercial objectives and developing the net banking income (PNB) of their portfolio.
Develops and enhances their portfolio in terms of product usage, deposits, and commitments within the framework of the action plan developed in agreement with the BCE and DCAF.
Ensures the quality of daily client relationships.
Ensures proper monitoring and handling of client complaints within their portfolio.
Risk aspects
Monitors daily incoming compensation events.
Works with the BCE to recalibrate credit lines to reduce the frequency of ad-hoc requests.
Uses proximity to the client to monitor early warning indicators and commercial recovery management status.
In agreement with the BCE, manages the recovery of overdue debts in their portfolio, identifies regularization solutions with the client, and oversees their follow-up.
Ensures the management of the portfolio's credit risk (CNR).
Operational aspects
Ensures compliance with the rules applicable to their activity and the operations they handle, both in terms of financial security (KYC, AML/CFT) and regulatory non-compliance risk, reputational risk, or social responsibility.
Ensures operational risks are managed.
Ensures the client file is regularly updated.
Takes charge of executing action plans to regularize detected anomalies and identified non-compliance risks.
