For our headquarters based in Casablanca, we are looking for a passionate and visionary Omnichannel Marketing Director. Your mission will be to lead the overall marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent and impactful customer experience across all touchpoints, physical and digital, to strengthen our market position.





Your main objectives will include the development and implementation of an omnichannel marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, the optimization of the value proposition for our customers, the increase of brand awareness, and the generation of qualified leads. You will also aim to maximize the return on investment of marketing campaigns and ensure perfect synergy between the marketing, sales, and digital teams.





As Omnichannel Marketing Director, you will be responsible for:






  • Defining and deploying the overall omnichannel marketing strategy.


  • Supervising the design and implementation of marketing campaigns across all channels (online and offline).


  • Analyzing campaign performance and proposing continuous optimizations.


  • Managing and developing the marketing teams under your responsibility.


  • Ensuring constant competitive and technological monitoring to identify new opportunities.


  • Guaranteeing the consistency of the brand image and message across all platforms.


  • Collaborating closely with sales teams to align marketing actions with sales objectives.


  • Managing the marketing budget and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).


Required profile :


A Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required for this position. Ideally, your academic background has provided you with a solid understanding of modern marketing strategies.





We are looking for someone with significant experience ranging from 5 to 20 years in marketing roles, with recognized expertise in omnichannel marketing and proven experience in managing complex projects and teams. Experience in the energy sector or related industries would be a major asset.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.

  • Proficiency in modern marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, etc.).


  • Rigor, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
