Join our dynamic center of excellence based in Casablanca as an IT Help Desk Technician. Your role will be essential in providing technical support to our users, thus contributing to the smoothness of our daily operations.



The main objective of this position is to provide responsive and effective IT support services, ensuring user satisfaction and the proper functioning of information systems.



Your main tasks will include:



  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software incidents.
  • Assisting users by phone, email, or remote control.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripherals.
  • Documenting procedures and solutions provided.
  • Escalating complex problems to specialized teams.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of support services.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a 2-year college degree (Bac+2) is required in Systems and Networks or IT Maintenance.



First professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is highly desirable, allowing you to quickly grasp technical challenges.



The ideal candidate has strong skills in:



  • Operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Computer and office hardware.
  • Good communication and active listening skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of call center environments would be a plus.

Your specializations in IT / Electronics, Internet / Multimedia will be a major asset.
