Job :

Join our dynamic call center in Casablanca as a Facilities Manager. This is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the work environment and the smooth running of our daily operations. You will join a team where your role will be central in managing and optimizing general services.




The main objective of this position is to ensure the efficient management of the call center's infrastructure and general services. This involves ensuring an optimal work environment for all employees, by anticipating needs and proposing proactive solutions to maintain a fluid and secure operational framework.




Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of essential activities:





  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of premises and equipment.

  • Manage relationships with external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.).

  • Organize and monitor technical interventions.

  • Contribute to the layout and optimization of workspaces.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

  • Manage stocks of supplies and materials.

  • Participate in the management of the budget allocated to general services.

  • Handle requests related to infrastructure and provide quick solutions.


Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Executive Assistant or General Services. Solid training will provide you with the necessary foundation to understand the challenges of site management.




Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in similar roles is expected. This period will have allowed you to develop a practical understanding of the responsibilities related to facilities management and the organization of general services.




We are looking for someone with remarkable organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility. Your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, your responsiveness to unforeseen events, and your interpersonal skills will be major assets. Good computer literacy and the ability to work in a team are also essential.
