As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our Security and Control department by recruiting a Control Supervisor in Casablanca and Rabat.

Assigned to the Security and Control Directorate, your role is to ensure the conformity of in-store practices, the reliability of operations, and risk management, while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational performance.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of stores through regular visits, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, hygiene, safety, and merchandising standards, as well as customer service quality and the good condition of sales outlets;


• Identify non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and control cash operations, inventory counts, shrinkage management, and the smooth running of commercial activities;


• Supervise and analyze inventory counts, detect anomalies through internal investigations, write detailed reports, and ensure follow-up of corrective and disciplinary actions;


• Support and train in-store teams, while ensuring the continuity of operations during handovers between different stakeholders.

• With a Bac+2 (2-year higher education) degree, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail sector.


• Good command of audit and internal control techniques;


• Knowledge of store operations (cashier, stock, merchandising);


• Analytical, synthesis, and writing skills;


• Rigor, integrity, and observation skills;


• Good interpersonal and communication skills;


• Mobility and availability for frequent travel.
