Job :


Main activities:




Managing needs and developments within an expert team
• Analyze, process, and prioritize local and Group needs.
• Contribute to various business and IT projects related to Finance solutions: Integration of new business, organizational changes, new interfaces, new standards, ...
• Evaluate the impact of changes on processes, interfaces, and IT systems (ERP Ofusion, upstream applications, EPM tools, consolidation).




Communication and training
• Ensure clear and regular communication on reference data updates to the relevant teams.
• Support the dissemination and adoption of changes by business stakeholders.




Projects and optimization
• Participate in the expected developments for the team's organization.
• Ensure the consistency of methods and value expertise in projects.





Required profile :

Reporting to the Head of France Reference Data, within the Project Management and Innovation department, you will play a key role in managing and processing changes to the Finance reference data related to accounting, and Country and Group reporting.
Your main objective is to integrate these topics by ensuring the consistency, reliability, and quality of financial data, in compliance with Group principles and local standards for a scope including OSA, 160 subsidiaries (including Orange Business, Orange Concessions, Totem).





Required skills and qualities




• Business expertise: Mastery of accounting and financial processes.
• Knowledge of the IT environment: Ability to understand the Finance IT environment to identify Reference data impacts across the entire chain.
• Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, cross-functional and remote teamwork, team spirit, active listening, interpersonal skills.
• Rigor and autonomy: Organization, responsiveness, ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time constraints.
• Proactivity: Ability to make proposals, innovate, and suggest suitable solutions.
• Fluent French and English
