Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance an on-premises Tomcat/Java J2EE
product.
- Address performance tuning, dependency updates, and security
improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve Java out-of-memory issues and analyze
dump files.
- Provide exceptional support to customers in the field,
troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transition and
support for cloud offerings.

Server & Tools:
- Tomcat

- InstallShield
Key Competencies:
- Performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with dependency updates and security best
practices.
- Proficiency in handling Java out-of-memory conditions and

- Strong customer support skills for field-based deployments.
