Job :
Reporting to the IT Manager, your mission will be to ensure the installation and operational reliability of IT and telephone equipment (hardware and software) related to the workstation.
In this context, you are responsible for:
- Prepare and install workstations;
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of computers;
- Contribute to the management of the equipment inventory;
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements in computers and software;
- Provide user support;
- Contribute to the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of the information system;
You will have the following main activities:
- Initial installation of IT and telephone equipment (applications, utilities, etc.);
- Install updates for applications and utilities;
- Remote distribution of applications, Antivirus according to a deployment plan;
- Detect and limit viruses;
- Handle remote incidents on computers, networks, email, or telephony;
- Manage email on the client side of the workstation (connection, operation);
- Assist users in using installed equipment and software;
- Report security incidents.
Location: Boumadine Mine, Tinejdad, Errachidia Province.
Working hours: 20 days work / 10 days off rotation, with 9.5 hours of work per day
Accommodation and meals are provided by the company.
Contract type: Permanent (CDI)
Required profile :
- Bac +2 level training in IT (DTS, DUT, ...)
- Proficiency in Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, ...)
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols
- Knowledge of helpdesk and remote assistance tools
