Job :
As part of strengthening our technical team and to ensure the smooth running of our construction projects, we are recruiting for our subsidiary FONCIERE DE TOUBKAL, a Building Site Monitoring Coordinator.
The candidate's main missions will be:
- To ensure daily monitoring of work on site;
- To coordinate between the different trades, including: o Structural and finishing work;
o Electricity;
o Plumbing;
o Air conditioning and ventilation;
- To ensure compliance with execution plans and technical specifications;
- To control the progress of work in accordance with the established schedule;
- To participate in site meetings and ensure technical reporting;
- To guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and deadline standards.
Required profile :
- Engineer or Technician specialized in Civil Engineering / Building;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building site monitoring;
- Good command of TCE (All Trades) coordination;
- Organizational, communication, and site stakeholder management skills.
