Job Description




In Morocco, we are embarking on an exciting new chapter with over 90 people on board. This is a story of growth, creating multiple opportunities for individuals who are committed to self-learning and continuous improvement, and who are also flexible enough to work on technology-driven projects.



By joining our team, you will be part of a young team specializing in various fields related to international mobility (Taxation, Labor Law, Immigration, etc.). You will be supported daily and trained by more experienced colleagues as well as a group of professionals from Vialto France or other offices. You will assist renowned clients with employees on international assignments, ensuring compliance with French tax obligations for these individuals.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop the mobility packages and cost estimates requested by the client while respecting its international mobility policy at the start of the assignment.



  • Update the mobility package during the employee's assignment and ensure its implementation in payroll.



  • Manage the administrative aspects relating to the employee's mobility (drafting the international mobility amendment, management of legal formalities, immigration, prior declaration of secondment, social security, taxation, and payroll coordination)



  • Mandate the various Vialto Partners service providers and expertise centers in charge of immigration procedures, prior declaration, social security, and taxation.



  • Coordinate and analyze daily the legal formalities to be completed for the client's short-term mobility via our tools (portfolio of < 300 employees for < 1,000 short-term missions per year)



  • Inform the various Vialto expertise centers Partners (immigration, taxation, etc.) of the services to be launched for employees on short-term and long-term missions



  • Monitor the expertise centers



  • Ensure compliance with the client's KPIs



  • Manage the Vialto Partners database via our tools



  • Ensure reporting of services rendered worldwide





Qualifications



  • Education: Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)



  • Eager learner with a strong sense of self-motivation and teamwork



  • Ability to thrive under high pressure and meet tight deadlines



  • Fluent in both French and English, with strong reading and writing skills



  • Excellent analytical skills



  • Proficient in computer applications



  • Committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client, staff, and firm information
