For 15 years, our firm has been actively working in the HR consulting and transformation sector for SMEs in Morocco. Today, our group is moving to a higher level, aiming for a more ambitious development plan both in Morocco and in Africa. We are looking for several ambitious profiles passionate about the HR field and business performance in general, to help achieve a broader vision.
Based in Casablanca and geographically mobile, you will embody change and excellence, by supporting our clients in their HR needs and particularly in their strategic and organizational transformations. This is a unique opportunity to use your talent in large, diverse projects across several sectors in a project-based approach.
Your role will be to be a true pillar and partner to the operations management in the development of the firm, both in terms of client service and quality of consulting services.
On a daily basis, your missions will be varied and exciting:
- In a project setting, you will participate with the consulting and change management director in building effective roadmaps, ensuring the alignment of human resources with our clients' strategic vision.
- You will be involved in developing the recruitment, assessment, and training business units in terms of client portfolio and innovative service offerings.
- Design and deploy talent management, skills development, and performance management plans adapted to each client's challenges.
- Develop concrete recommendations and personalized support to optimize the overall HR policy for teams.
- Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the impact of the implemented solutions, guaranteeing the achievement of the set objectives.
- Reporting and dashboard to be consolidated periodically.
Required profile :
A Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally obtained from a business school, a university master's program, or specialized HR training.
Confirmed experience, ranging from 5 to 10 years, in Audit / Consulting, human resources, or training, is essential to succeed in this role. Experience in a consulting firm is a major asset.
