Service Manager


Location: Ben Ahmed, Morocco

Purpose of Role: As Service Manager, you will lead and grow Weir’s aftermarket service operations across North Africa. This is a high‑impact role where you combine technical expertise, customer engagement, and people leadership to deliver outstanding service outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in strengthening customer partnerships, driving service growth, and developing a high‑performing technical team.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and develop aftermarket service operations, including rebuild and workshop activities
• Build strong, long‑term customer partnerships and manage technical enquiries and complaints
• Drive growth of aftermarket service products through close collaboration with sales teams
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service engineers and technicians

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aftermarket service activities
• Strong technical background in rotating equipment (pumps preferred)
• Proven technical and commercial aftermarket sales experience
• Fluent in English


Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
