1. Main Mission
The Operational Management Controller's main mission is to ensure the reliability, consistency, and traceability of the group's operational and financial data. They play a key role in structuring information flows, controlling field data, and implementing processes for accurate and secure activity tracking.
2. Job Objective
To establish a reliable, structured, and traceable data management system that provides management with accurate, complete, and actionable real-time information for effective activity steering.
3. Main Responsibilities
Data Reliability
Collect, check, and validate data from operations (sales, inventory, logistics, etc.).
Identify and correct anomalies, discrepancies, or inconsistencies in data.
Implement rules for checking and validating information.
Ensure consistency between operational and accounting data.
Traceability & Flow Structuring
Implement tools and procedures to ensure the traceability of flows (products, transactions, movements).
Document management and information reporting processes.
Ensure transparency of data circuits between departments.
Track flows from start to finish (from operation to reporting).
Operational Control
Perform regular checks in the field and/or remotely.
Audit the practices of operational teams.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Propose and implement corrective actions.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Produce reliable and actionable reports.
Implement data quality indicators.
Participate in improving tools (ERP, Excel, BI).
Contribute to the digitalization and automation of controls.

Required profile :
5. Profile Sought
Bachelor's degree (4-5 years) in Finance, Management, Audit, or equivalent.
3 to 5 years in management control, audit, or internal control.
Field/operational experience highly appreciated.
Proficiency in Power BI, ERP (ideally Odoo or equivalent).
Good understanding of operational flows (inventory, sales, logistics).
Data analysis and control skills.
Extreme rigor and attention to detail.
Analytical and critical thinking.
