The Programme Manager must be able to take charge of major technological programs, including:

• Leading highly visible IT transformation programs and projects.


• Coordinating multiple technical streams (cloud, migration, integration, decommissioning...).


• Complete governance: reporting, risk management, planning, budget.


• Daily interaction with technical teams and architects.


• Robust management of senior stakeholders (C-level, IT management, external partners).


• Monitoring execution, making decisions, change management, communication.


• Ensuring overall consistency of initiatives with the Technology Change strategy.

Skills & Experience Required:

The candidate must demonstrate solid expertise in at least several of the following areas:

• Technology Change / Infrastructure Modernization.


• Platform and System Decommissioning.


• Data Centre Migration / Move.


• Cloud Migration (Azure or equivalent).


• Integration Platforms (API, middleware, ESB...).


• Pricing Orchestration.


• IT Optimization or Rationalization Programs.
