Job :
As part of our business development, we are strengthening our Management Control department by recruiting Inventory Analysts in Tangier.
Your role is to ensure the monitoring, analysis, and reliability of data related to inventories and store performance, in order to contribute to the optimization of operational results.
Missions & Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily sales reporting;
- Monitor daily store traffic;
- Analyze daily store shrinkage;
- Control, analyze, and correct inventory discrepancies per store;
- Prepare weekly inventory results reporting by cluster;
- Analyze known shrinkage by category weekly;
- Study and analyze merchandise transfers by cluster;
- Ensure monitoring of commercial operations flow (Hamza, good deals, etc.);
- Propose corrective actions to improve performance and reduce discrepancies.
Required profile :
- With a Bac+5 (Master's degree) education, graduated from a top business or management school, with a specialization in management control or audit, you are a recent graduate with initial experience (internships included).
- Good command of analytical tools and figures;
- Analytical mindset and rigor;
- Ability to interpret data and formulate recommendations;
- Good command of Excel;
- Sense of organization and respect for deadlines;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
