Client Development & Relations
- Be the primary contact for clients throughout the project: understanding needs, technical scoping, monitoring satisfaction, and fostering loyalty.
- Manage contractual aspects of projects: amendments, price revisions, claims, and administrative closing of contracts.
Study Management
- Lead and coordinate teams of engineers and designers on the Preliminary Design (APD), Design Development (APS), Detailed Design (PRO), and Tender Documents (DCE) phases across various disciplines (structure, fluid, electrical, VRD).
- Validate the technical and regulatory compliance of the studies produced, ensuring adherence to current Moroccan and international standards.
- Ensure the synthesis and interdisciplinary coordination of deliverables (general plans, calculation notes, technical specifications (CCTP), contract conditions (CCAP), BIM).
- Manage study deadlines and budgets, identify technical risks, and propose suitable solutions.
Site Monitoring & Acceptance
- Monitor and control construction work during the execution phase: compliance with plans, adherence to deadlines, and cost control.
- Coordinate site meetings, write minutes, and manage interfaces between contractors, subcontractors, and the client.
- Supervise pre-acceptance operations (OPR): resolution of snagging list items, as-built files (DOE), and future intervention files on the structure (DIUO).
- Ensure the strict application of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules on all intervention sites.
Required profile :
Profile Sought
- Degree: State Engineer in Civil Engineering, graduate of a major state engineering school.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a design office and/or project management, with proven experience in both phases: studies and site supervision.
- Technical Skills: Solid command of civil engineering disciplines (structure, VRD, fluid, electrical), construction standards, and execution processes.
- Project Management: Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project or equivalent), ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and autonomy.
- Tools: AutoCAD essential; proficiency in a BIM software (Revit, Tekla, or equivalent) and a DMS tool is a decisive advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Natural leadership, strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, results-oriented, and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
- Languages: Fluent French essential; technical English proficiency is a valued asset.
