The establishment is looking for a passionate Human Capital Communication & Events Intern (HR Marketing) to enrich its team. If your ambition is to shape the image and experience within a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.
Actively contribute to internal and external communication strategy, with a particular focus on enhancing human capital. The goal is to strengthen the employer brand and ensure the smooth organization of internal and external events, while ensuring perfect logistical coordination.
- Participate in the development and implementation of communication plans.
- Organize and coordinate company events (seminars, team buildings, celebrations).
- Assist in managing internal and external communication.
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials (visuals, text).
- Ensure budget monitoring for communication and event activities.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure message alignment.
Required profile :
A degree of level Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in Communication or HR Marketing.
- Excellent command of written and oral communication techniques.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creativity and ability to propose ideas.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and social networks.
- Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Proficiency in English is an asset.
