Job :
As part of projects carried out for a major international telecom operator, Bouygues Telecom, you will work on technically demanding telecom projects involving fiber transport networks.
You will play a key role in the success of projects, from understanding customer needs to operational implementation.
Your responsibilities
- Manage fiber transport network deployment and evolution projects (FTTx / FON)
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions
- Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders (engineering, operations, partners)
- Supervise design, deployment, and commissioning phases
- Monitor project indicators: deadlines, costs, quality, risks
- Work on WDM (DWDM/CWDM) and IP / MPLS service environments
- Ensure the quality and compliance of delivered solutions
Required profile :
Education & experience
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in telecommunications, networks, or equivalent
- Proven experience in telecom project management, ideally on fiber transport projects
Technical skills
- Mastery of FTTx / FON architectures (transport networks)
- Solid knowledge in:
- WDM (DWDM/CWDM)
- IP / MPLS networks
- Good understanding of backbone / transmission environments
Soft skills
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Ability to work in complex and demanding environments
