Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Operation and maintenance
- Supervise technical and general services, including MEP systems, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, security, catering, etc.
- Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance programs are executed effectively.
- Collaborating with technical teams to manage breakdowns and emergency situations.
Budgetary and cost control
- Prepare and manage the budgets for each site.
- Mastering operational costs and identifying cost reduction opportunities.
- Review and approve maintenance and service invoices.
Compliance and security
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits.
- Ensure follow-up of corrective measures in case of non-compliance or security incidents.
Supplier and subcontractor management
- Supervise third-party service providers and subcontractors.
- Manage service contracts and evaluate supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Site management
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Maintain up-to-date reports on the condition of facilities and performance dashboards.
- To serve as the primary point of contact for site-related escalations.
Relationships with clients and stakeholders involve
- Maintain close communication with clients, owners, and internal teams.
- Respond quickly to customer requests and resolve service issues.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to stakeholders.
Continuous improvement
- Implement best practices and innovations in facility operation.
- To lead initiatives in energy efficiency and sustainable development across all sites.
- Train on-site teams and develop standard operating procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in managing multi-site facilities (including supplier supervision).
- Experience with CAFM systems is an asset.
