Roles & Responsibilities
Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has launched the construction of a new shop in Morocco.
Our new workshop located in the Casablanca-Settat region will provide maintenance for new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP) which equip in particular the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737Max.
Main tasks:
- Gather and analyze recruitment needs in conjunction with managers and HR.
- Write and distribute advertisements on appropriate channels (job boards, social networks, schools, etc.).
- Conduct an active sourcing approach to identify suitable profiles: search on specialized platforms, talent hunting, leveraging internal talent pool.
- Analyze the applications received, carry out the pre-qualifications and ensure the pre-selection of candidates.
- Organize and conduct interviews, in conjunction with managers.
- Coordinate the recruitment process through to the integration of new employees.
- Monitor and update recruitment dashboards, and provide reporting to HR management.
- Participate in the development of the employer brand (forums, school relations, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, local regulations and diversity & inclusion commitments.

Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources
- 2-3 years of successful experience in recruitment, ideally in an industrial sector.
- Knowledge of the Moroccan job market and digital sourcing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English and/or Moroccan Arabic is an asset.
- Team spirit, autonomy, proactivity, rigor and a sense of service.
- Proficiency in office software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and responsiveness to priorities.
