Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Workplace Build and Products team leader in charge of workstation engineering activities, the Microsoft 365 Service Owner will be responsible for:

  • Actively contribute to the deployment and evolution projects of Microsoft 365 products
  • Ensure monitoring and reporting (user storage quotas, incident volume, etc.)
  • Validate, adapt and implement the group's standards to meet the challenges of our organization
  • Qualify requests for projects or enhancements to Microsoft solutions (monitoring, etc.).
  • Participate in maintaining the team's documentary reference system: catalog, audio and video driver management, technical operating documentation
  • Participating in the resolution of complex problems and incidents, defining decision trees
  • to be responsible for managing the lifecycle of Microsoft products
  • Participate in defining technical developments, their documentation, recipes and validations.
  • Coordinate technical actions or tests carried out by our subcontractors or the technical workstation experts at our sites
  • Contribute to the transfer of skills to the support teams
  • To take responsibility for the service, to guarantee the performance and quality of the documentation
  • Participate in expert group communities
  • Propose improvements and technical developments based on user feedback

Job Requirements

Candidates should have a Master's degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience in project management, and will need to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:

Microsoft 365 suite expert, priority:

  1. Sharepoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Office 365
  2. Office admin center, Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell
  3. Add-ons MS-Projects et Visio

My mastery of audio and video drivers related to Teams

Proficiency in methods of analysis, incident handling, and problem resolution.

Technical knowledge base management

Cross-functional skills

Good knowledge of the technologies that make up an information system (infrastructure and application environments)

ITIL (v4) certification with expertise in Change Management

Required language skills: French / English

Successful experience in an international industrial context would be an asset.

An MS-900 certification in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals would be a plus.
