Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the TA Delivery activity.  

  • Manage recruitment, contracting, administrative onboarding, apprenticeships and internships.

  • Organize and prioritize activity according to volumes and periods of high demand.

  • Guaranteeing continuity of service and respect for commitments.

Team coordination & rational operational management

  • Contribute to the organization and coordination of the TA Delivery team.

  • Supporting teams on operational priorities and service quality.

  • Work in close collaboration with the HC Delivery Manager.

Relationship and satisfaction of interlocutors

  • to be a key point of contact for the Recruitment and HR teams.

  • Monitor service quality and handle sensitive or complex situations.

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of TA processes.

Activity tracking & reporting

  • Monitor activity volumes and contribute to management reporting.

  • Participate in discussions on the organization and optimization of the scope.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources , ideally in the areas of recruitment, onboarding or delivery of HR services.

  • Good understanding of high-volume HR environments with high operational requirements .

  • Team coordination and/or prior managerial experience are appreciated , but are not an essential prerequisite.

  • Strong sense of internal customer service, excellent interpersonal skills and a coordinating approach.

  • Rigour, organisation, ability to prioritize and work with management.
