Job Description
Technical Operations:
- Perform maintenance and repair operations on CFM56 A & B engines, in accordance with applicable procedures, OEM manuals, and work instructions
- Carry out disassembly, visual and dimensional inspection of parts
- Identify findings and report any detected non-conformities
- Ensure assembly, adjustment, and mounting operations are performed in compliance with torques, clearances, tolerances, and APRS requirements
Monitoring and Traceability:
- Guarantee complete traceability of operations: timekeeping, engine records, tracking sheets, MRO IT tools
- Identify and report any missing items, technical deviations, or anomalies that could impact quality, safety, or deadlines (TAT)
Quality, Safety, and Compliance:
- Strictly apply Quality, Safety, FOD, and HSE rules to all Activities:
Continuous Improvement and Workshop Life:
- Participate in workshop rituals (QRQC, visual management) and contribute to the resolution of operational problems
- Be an active participant in continuous improvement: feedback, process improvement proposals, 5S, standardization
- Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with support functions (quality, methods, supply chain, inspection, tooling) to secure the MRO flow.
Job Requirements
: Education:
Vocational Baccalaureate / BTS / DUT with a focus on aeronautics, mechanics, or industrial maintenance
(e.g., Vocational Baccalaureate in Aeronautics, BTS in Aeronautics, BTS in Mechanical Engineering, DUT in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent).
DAC license (A or B1) required.
Experience:
Desired experience in aircraft engine maintenance, repair, or overhaul, ideally on CFM56 engines.
Entry-level profiles from a Aeronautical courses can be studied.
Experience in an MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) environment is highly valued.
Technical skills:
Good knowledge of engine MRO processes: disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly.
Ability to read and apply aeronautical technical documentation (OEM manuals, work instructions, procedures).
Mastery of the concepts of:
- Tightening torques, clearances and tolerances, traceability and management of engine files.
Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements (APRS, compliance).
Quality and tools:
Sensitivity to Quality, Safety, FOD, and HSE rules. Proficiency with MRO Company Information
