The main goal is to ensure and optimize the import operations of our products, thereby guaranteeing the continuous availability of our range of medical equipment to meet market demand and strengthen our competitive position.
In this role, your responsibilities will include managing the entire import process, from negotiation with international suppliers to logistical coordination. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and selecting potential suppliers of medical equipment.
- Negotiating purchase terms (price, delivery times, quality) and finalizing agreements.
- Tracking orders placed and ensuring delivery times are met.
- Organizing and supervising the international transport of goods, in compliance with regulations.
- Managing customs and administrative formalities, and the necessary documents for import.
- Optimizing import costs while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Ensuring imported products comply with local standards and regulations.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, quality) for operational fluidity.
Required profile :
Your academic background includes a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), ideally in import-export, or similar.
Professional experience of 3 to 5 years is required, ideally gained in similar import-related roles, preferably in the medical equipment sector or a related field.
To excel in this position, you have excellent knowledge of import procedures and international regulations. Your skills include:
- Perfect command of commercial negotiation techniques.
- Ability to manage logistics and customs procedures.
- Mastery of the entire customs clearance process.
- Mastery of all PORTNET stages.
- A strong sense of organization, rigor, and anticipation.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including internationally.
- Good knowledge of international markets, particularly in the medical equipment field.
- Proficiency in computer tools, especially commercial and logistics management software.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
