About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving deposits and trading activity, and building long-term relationships with traders and investors.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong sales background, excellent client engagement skills, and a passion for financial markets and trading services.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients regarding trading accounts, brokerage services, and platform functionality.
• Present and demonstrate brokerage products and services to prospective clients through virtual meetings, calls, and presentations.
• Convert qualified prospects into active, funded trading accounts.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, webinars, seminars, referrals, and digital channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and trading activity.
• Educate clients on available account types, trading tools, trading conditions, and brokerage offerings.
• Drive client deposits and increase trading volume through consultative and value-based selling.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Manage and prioritize sales opportunities throughout the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams by providing market feedback and client insights.
• Support traders with onboarding and platform orientation and trading tools.
Technical Requirements
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Personal computer capable of running CRM, communication, and trading software.
• Dedicated and professional home-office environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and other productivity tools.
Language Requirements
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Required).
• Fluency in Spanish will be considered a strong advantage.
