As part of the development of our activities, we are recruiting a Shipping / Dispatch Manager based in Al Hoceïma.

Main missions:

• Supervise and coordinate all goods preparation, packaging, and shipping operations.
• Ensure compliance with delivery times and quality procedures.
• Oversee stock monitoring and management of logistics flows.
• Organize and control loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure the application of safety rules and internal procedures.
• Manage and lead operational teams.
• Oversee the administrative follow-up of shipments and update performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to optimize logistics operations.

Profile sought:

• Associate's degree to Master's degree in Logistics, Transport, Management, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or logistics environment.
• Good command of computer tools and logistics management software.
• Organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
• Leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
