Roles & Responsibilities
Contributes and ensures customer satisfaction by offering quality service to the clients under his/her charge. Delivers the order placed by the client to the room; executes final preparations in front of the client. Ensures service is provided in accordance with service standards and specific restaurant rules. Organizes meticulously to meet the maximum waiting times prescribed by the brand. Respects the client's intimacy. Performs high-end service techniques and demonstrates the same professionalism as in the restaurant. Handles potential customer complaints and quickly provides a solution. In case of difficulty, immediately calls upon the Room Service Manager.
