Job Description: As part of the strengthening of the Infrastructure and Network teams of a large international group, we are looking for an experienced Network Change Manager to lead and secure technical changes within a critical, multi-site, and highly available IT environment. Main Responsibilities: Manage the network change lifecycle (RFC / Change Management). Analyze the technical and business impacts of proposed changes. Assess risks and ensure the quality of production deployments. Coordinate the Network, Infrastructure, Security, Operations teams and external partners. Lead change governance meetings (CAB, pre-CAB, monitoring committees). Supervise critical changes carried out outside of business hours. Monitor post-change incidents and coordinate corrective actions. Verify the compliance of changes and the quality of associated documentation. Produce operational performance indicators, dashboards and reports. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Change Management processes.
Technical Environment: Network & Security, LAN/WAN, WiFi/WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, IPsec, Firewalls, Routing and Switching, VLAN, QoS, DNS, NAT, ACL. Tools: ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool, Network monitoring and supervision tools, Reporting and KPI tracking tools. Daily Activities: Analysis and qualification of change requests. Validation of risks, dependencies, and impacts. Verification of rollback plans. Organization and facilitation of validation sessions. Coordination of technical teams during production deployments. Communication with stakeholders. Post-deployment incident tracking. Production of reports and performance indicators.

- ITIL certification.
- Experience in retail, logistics or large multi-site group environments.
- Knowledge of SD-WAN environments, network security and critical infrastructure.
