Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) is a company in the Safran Group. Supported by nearly 15,000 employees across 31 sites in 9 countries. We design, develop, produce and market, alone or in partnership, engines for civil or military aircraft, as well as for satellites. SAE has a network of civil engine maintenance workshops worldwide and offers its customers a complete range of interventions: performance restoration, replacement of limited-life parts, inspection and maintenance of the entire engine and its equipment. To cope with the increasing rate of LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, Safran Aircraft Engines Services Casablanca (SAESC) has launched the construction of a new shop in Morocco. Our new workshop located in the Casablanca-Settat region will be responsible for the maintenance of new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP) which equip, among others, the Airbus A320neo and the Boeing 737Max.

As a reception agent, your objective will be to ensure the reception operations of materials for SAESC in compliance with imposed regulations and safety, quality, and economic performance objectives. In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out the administrative and physical control of the reception of items received by SAESC in the designated areas and verifying, signing and stamping release documents in accordance with the regulations of the authorities.
• Verifying the compatibility of SB/ESM revisions with the engineering department if prior to those requested on the WS.
• Recording reception operations in the information system and issuing the reception voucher.
• Managing critical arrivals in coordination with the carrier and the freight forwarder.
• Positioning materials in the appropriate areas (Large volume, DGR, etc.) by identifying and isolating non-conforming material in the quarantine area.
• Handling disputes at the reception level in compliance with current procedures.
• Transporting the received items to the storage areas.
• Archiving reception-related documents.
• Reporting anomalies and disseminating them to the quality department.
• Complying with the wearing of PPE during working hours.
• Maintaining a Lean Manufacturing approach, i.e., 5S, visual management, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• BAC+2 in Logistics Chain Management with at least 3 years of experience as a warehouse keeper or logistics agent in an industrial company, preferably in the aeronautics field.
• Competencies: Teamwork, Data Analysis, Communication, Innovation, Initiative, Priority Management, Good command of Supply Chain management software, Knowledge of Supply chain processes, Knowledge of quality procedures.
