Roles & Responsibilities
Contribute to improving productivity by providing technical support within the workshop, ensure the smooth running of production by putting in place the necessary means and guaranteeing their capability, support manufacturing by providing technical expertise on defects related to the manufacturing process. - Validate the manufacturing process in accordance with the requirements of the design specifications - Draft the necessary documents for the production staff to carry out the processes - Assist production in case of problems related to the processes and manufacturing and control equipment - Organize workstations - Study the implementation of new equipment and processes - Participate from the development phase to the end of the production run - Analyze and take into account feedback from the workshop within the framework of continuous improvement - Conduct validation and characterization plans for test benches and tools - Participate in product validation and characterization tests - Ensure process stability - Conduct expert assessments to isolate root causes through experimentation - Propose solutions to product problems - Analyze test results - Launch tests on the various test equipment - Perform visual inspections - Analyze the Results and performance curves of products from tests - Know and understand the operation of the tested products - Deal with non-quality - Carry out and monitor process FMEAs - Be the guarantor of compliance with the workshop's technical reference: technical specifications, group standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
With a Bac + 5 degree in mechanical/electromechanical engineering, multidisciplinary skills (technical and industrial management) and a good ability to synthesize information. Possesses strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with teams. Autonomous, proactive, and creative. Excellent communicator (interacting with multiple stakeholders: Engineering France, methods, production, clients, suppliers). Knowledge of electrical engineering, IT, and mechanics. Ability to read and understand plans from design offices (electrical/mechanical). Knowledge of instrumentation and measurement. Knowledge of test benches/software. Expertise in problem-solving methodologies (brainstorming, 8D, Ishikawa diagram, FMEA, 5W2H). Proficiency in using digital tools (Minitab/SPC/SAP/Microsoft Office). Experience with statistical methods and tools, including Six Sigma. Ability to write technical test reports and notes.
