Job Description Responsibilities Migration and Technical Execution - Execute migration operations according to the established schedule and procedures. - Use dedicated tools (SPMT, ShareGate, Migration Manager, PowerShell scripts). - Prepare source and target environments (permissions, paths, prerequisites). - Participate in pre- and post-migration validation testing. Responsibilities Quality & Integrity Control - Verify the completeness of migrated data (volume, directory structure, permissions). - Identify and report any detected anomalies. - Propose simple corrective actions or escalate them to Level 3 support. Responsibilities Reporting & Documentation - Produce progress reports (migration log, success rate, errors). - Document incidents, actions taken, and technical follow-ups. - Update dashboards, procedures, and checklists.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams. Knowledge of Windows File Servers (NTFS, shares). Sensitivity: C1-Internal. Migration tools: SPMT, ShareGate, Migration Manager. Basic SQL knowledge. PowerShell knowledge. Soft Skills: Rigor and attention to detail. Ability to follow procedures and document accurately. Team spirit. Organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science / Systems and Networks / Cloud. Proficiency in Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams. Good level of English.
