Job :
Assigned to Carrefour Hypermarché and reporting to the Store Manager, your role is to define the conditions for implementing the Group's commercial policy at the fresh products department level.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
• Product range monitoring
• Sales promotion (promotional activities, marketing, etc.)
• Compliance with hygiene standards and current regulations
• Analysis and monitoring of budget trends (turnover, margins, consumables, etc.)
• Team management
Required profile :
With a Bac+4/5 education, you have a proven experience of more than 3 years as a Fresh Products Manager, during which you have developed the following skills:
• Ability to manage the commercial promotion of the departments under your responsibility
• Ability to drive performance (reporting) of the activity within your scope and monitor indicators
• Ability to manage the human resources made available to you
• Ability to conduct negotiations
Customer service orientation, Leadership, Initiative & Responsiveness, Interpersonal and communication skills, and Developing others/team management are the strengths and key success factors for this position.
