Roles & Responsibilities
Objective: To ensure the onboarding of suppliers to a new digital system, supporting them in accessing, understanding, and mastering the tool. The role involves rigorous monitoring, the ability to challenge external stakeholders, and proactive management of escalations to guarantee a smooth and complete adoption.
Job responsibilities
- Supplier onboarding management: coordination of access steps, configuration and validation.
- Training support: facilitating sessions, monitoring skills development.
- Operational support: answering questions, resolving blockages, providing personalized follow-up.
- Managing the escalation process: identifying critical points, alerting internal teams, monitoring solutions.
- Internal collaboration: interaction with IT, Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing to streamline the supplier journey.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Management or equivalent
- Proven experience in supplier relations, onboarding, operational support or digital project management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Technical skills
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, data cleaning, advanced formulas)
- Knowledge of Supply Chain (flows, orders, deliveries, supplier performance) is a real plus.
- Experience in supplier management: relationship building, performance monitoring, dispute resolution.
- Proficiency with information systems and digital environments
