Roles & Responsibilities

Morgan Philips Executive Search is currently recruiting a Lead UX/UI Designer (M/F) for a leading group in Rabat, engaged in an ambitious digital transformation. As part of the launch of a Digital Factory, our client is strengthening its teams to design and deploy innovative, user-centric, and high-value digital experiences. The Lead UX/UI Designer will play a key role in structuring the design practice and supporting the Product and Tech teams towards excellence in user experience. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Digital Factory, the Lead UX/UI Designer will be responsible for defining the design vision, ensuring the consistency of digital experiences, and promoting a user-centric culture within the organization. Main tasks: Design & User Experience Strategy: Define and deploy a consistent UX/UI vision across all digital products and platforms. Design and develop a robust Design System that ensures the consistency of interfaces and user journeys. Promote best practices in user experience, accessibility, and interaction design. Ensure that design initiatives are aligned with business objectives and user expectations. User Research & Innovation: Lead user research initiatives to identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points. Organize and facilitate Design Thinking, co-creation, and innovation workshops. Conduct user testing and leverage the findings to continuously improve digital products. Foster a data-driven approach in evaluating and optimizing proposed experiences. Product & Delivery Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product Management, Development, and Marketing teams to guarantee the quality of delivered solutions. Support the teams in designing seamless and efficient user journeys. Participate in the various phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation to production. Design Leadership & Governance: Mentor, support, and develop the skills of the UX/UI teams. Define design standards, methodologies, and guidelines within the Digital Factory. Develop a strong and unifying design culture throughout the organization. Measure the impact of design initiatives through performance and user satisfaction indicators.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Ergonomics, Digital Technology, or equivalent. Significant experience of 8-12 years in design roles, including several years in UX/UI leadership positions. Proven expertise in UX Design, UI Design, Product Design, and Design Systems. Advanced mastery of design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma. Demonstrated experience in user research, usability testing, and Design Thinking methodologies. Good understanding of Agile environments and digital product development. Ability to combine strategic vision, operational excellence, and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work in cross-functional environments. Experience in an international context appreciated. Professional English required.
