Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, personalized welcome and departure, ensuring smootand efficient check-in and check-out experiences
Anticipate guest needs, manage requests, and resolve concerns promptly with proactive follow-up
Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and interaction records, ensuring strong attention to the administrative side of the guest experience
Prepare personalized welcome cards and special communications to enhance guest recognition
Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless, consistent, and high-quality service delivery
Monitor arrivals, departures, and in-house guests to prioritize and personalize service
Organize special arrangements, amenities, and tailored experiences to elevate guest satisfaction
Recognize returning guests and create memorable wow moments aligned with Four Seasons standards
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms to ensure quality and maintenance standards
Handle administrative tasks, reporting, and communicate guest feedback or incidents
Support team operations, participate in briefings, and assist colleagues during peak periods

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Problem-solving mindset with a guest-focused approach
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality systems (Opera) is an advantage
- Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
